Q: How do i place an order?

A: You can place order through the following methods:

Q: How do i know if my order has been processed?

A: You will receive a confirmation reply or phone call to verify your order details within 1 working day.

 

Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: Changes must be made 2 working days in advance. Subject to availability.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Any cancellation of order must be made 3 days in advance. Otherwise cancellation policy applies:

  • 30% of total amount - 2 days before event
  • 50% of total amount - 1 day before event
  • 100% of total amount - on the event day

 

Q: What are the available modes of payment?

A: We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Bank Transfer
  • PayNow
  • PayLah
  • E-invoice (Gebiz)
