Our story

East West Fusion, formerly known as East West Catering, was founded in 2010 by James Khoo. What began as a Western & Japanese fusion food stall at Pioneer Junior College quickly gained traction. With the school's support, James began catering for camps and school events, marking the beginning of our journey into the catering industry.

Today, thanks to the continued support of our loyal customers, East West Fusion has grown significantly. Our central kitchen now operates at 71 Quality Road.
