Our story

East West Fusion (Formerly known as East West Catering) was founded in 2010. Founder James Khoo, started his first Western & Japanese fusion food stall at Pioneer Junior College. With the support from the school, he started to cater food to camps and school events. And.. this is how everything began, we ventured into the catering industry. 

Fast forward today, East West Fusion has expanded greatly with the support from our loyal customers. Our central kitchen is currently operating at 71 Quality Road.
